The Southern Jazz Club presents quality local and visiting bands almost every Tuesday night of the year! On Melbourne Cup week we move to the Thursday, and we take 2 weeks off over Christmas & New Year.
The Southern Jazz Club Inc. was started in June 1971, for the purpose of supporting and enjoying traditional jazz in the Adelaide area. Membership is open to all who have an interest in listening to or performing jazz music, with a particular focus on trad jazz. Visitors are always welcome.
We meet at The Highway (in the function room), cnr Marion Road & Anzac Highway. See the calendar below or the Performances page for details.
Doors open and meals available from 6:00pm with bands starting at 7:30pm. Some nights we have a youth band performing a half-hour set from 6:45pm as a curtainraiser to the main band. For bookings, please text your details to 0419 030 595.
